This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work with Akamai's micro-segmentation leading solution (Guardicore). It's an innovative technology that is paving the way organizations protect their key applications and assets from advanced cyber threats, whether on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environment.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building excellent relationships and understanding their technical requirements.

• Ensuring that your customers are fully leveraging their technology investments and achieving their long-term business goals.

• Proactively identifying and analyzing the customer's segmentation requirements and providing technical recommendations to meet the evolving business goals, through introduction of new features and products.

• Assisting with deployments, expansions, migrations, etc. of the Guardicore platform.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of experience working in a tech environment.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Networking and Linux, with a track record of hands-on experience in both areas.

• Have experience in scripting and automation

• Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Be fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and instructions to Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues.

• Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
