Partner with the best
You will analyze the software running on production networks and identify areas of improvement. You'll propose solutions on how to reduce the cost. Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll support products and help deliver on the design of customer solutions. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers manage their security traffic in a more reliable and scalable way with minimal cost.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Profiling production networks, identifying areas of cost reduction and proposing new designs
Validating the result of cost reduction and providing benchmark results
Creating and enhancing features and functionality, from conception design through to testing and development
Conducting code reviews and helping other engineers to optimize their code
Working with our QA teams to create regression tests that cover new changes to our software
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have good experience in programming in C
Have experience in measuring performance of systems and software, optimizing them and improving their efficiency
Show knowledge of security, networking, cloud or distributed computing environment
Have working knowledge with Linux or Unix operating systems
Have knowledge of Operating systems, kernel and hardware internals
